The Administration and Resources Group assists the SY Department in its mission by:

  • Managing and planning the Department resources (budget and personnel).
  • Ensuring the correct implementation and follow-up of Administrative matters and in the Personnel management processes (Central and Group Secretariats).
  • Financial administration including follow-up of invoices, contracts, requests for funds, inventory, etc.
  • Providing support for the management of the infrastructure assets as well as centralised services (car pools).
  • Steering the implementation and follow-up of the Collaboration Agreements.
  • Representing the Department in CERN-wide and inter-Departmental bodies dealing with administrative, personnel, and budget matters;
